Housing Financing
KDFA is by statute empowered to exercise all of the powers granted to the public housing authorities by the State (except the power of eminent domain), and is active in the arena of multifamily housing developments. KDFA has issued housing revenue bonds to provide financing for multifamily housing projects in locations across the State, including in just the last few years, Andover, Garden City, Kansas City, Lenexa, Liberal, Olathe, Osawatomie, Overland Park and Topeka. |
