Housing Financing
KDFA has broad authority to facilitate its housing development powers, and for example, may purchase notes which are secured by mortgages, make secure or unsecured loans to low and moderate income multifamily rental housing projects and provide financing for housing projects and programs in participation with programs established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development or the Kansas Department of Commerce and Housing. |
