State Project Financing
Kansas Development Finance Authority is authorized to provide for the issuance of revenue bonds for activities and projects of state agencies as requested by the Secretary of Administration provided such activities or projects have been approved by an appropriation or other act of the legislature or have been approved by the State Finance Council. |
