State Project Financing
KDFA is also authorized to issue bonds for the purpose of refunding any outstanding bonded indebtedness of any State agency to reduce the cost of interest. Bond proceeds are used for such projects as construction and acquisition of office buildings, restoration of the Capitol Building, and renovation of State correctional facilities. |
